It is an observation tower with a height of 32.4 meters attached to the government building of Biei Town Hall.
You can climb to the top floor by elevator, and you can get a 360-degree view of the city of Biei Town,
as well as the Tokachidake mountain range and the spreading hills in the distance.
It is free to use, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy the panorama of Biei casually.
