Asahikawa Memorial Country Club

Opened in September 1992 and supervised by Hajime Iai, Asahikawa Memorial Country Club has an attractive hilly layout that takes advantage of natural undulation. The 18-hole one-green, 6,711 yards long, and 18 holes are the key to the score, and it responds to a wide range of needs, from beginner growth to advanced attacks. Each hall is dotted in a vast wooded area, where you can enjoy a round of forest bathing in the tranquility of the four seasons.

One of the highlights is Par 5 and 12, which are recommended by Dracon. If a tee shot aimed at the center is decided with a powerful down, a two-on is also in sight for a long hitter. After the second, accurate movement with the center of the green in mind is a shortcut to a good score. Par No. 3 and No. 8 over the tense pond are recommended for near pins. The key is to avoid the left back OB and choose the number that suits your distance, while imagining a little to the left.
