Ezo-mae Yakitori ISM

Ezo-mae Yakitori ISM is a yakitori izakaya located on the 2nd floor of the Tsukasa Building on 7-chome 3-jo-dori in the center of Asahikawa.
It has moved from the previous “Asahikawa Yakitori ISM” and is pursuing a skewer style that is more particular about aroma.

All skewers are grilled over charcoal, and by smoking them using apple wood chips, they offer yakitori that combines the flavor of the ingredients with a rich aroma.

There are two ways to order, which is a big attraction.

・If you choose a course that is reserved in advance, it can be used by reservation up to the day before, and the course comes with an appetizer (9 dishes) and 6~7 grilled dishes.

・You can also order omakase on the day, but this one does not come with a small bowl, and when you come to the store, you tell them the “number” and wishes, and the owner will choose the day’s purchase and recommendations and provide skewers.

The restaurant has about 20 seats, including counter and table seats. It has a calm atmosphere and is reputed to be a place where you can enjoy fragrant yakitori while enjoying a space like a “hideaway”.
